Working closely with the Store Manager, you will be responsible for fostering positive relationships with all employees, focusing on personal and professional development. You will also collaborate with employees to ensure an optimal guest experience that values guests' time and supports operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and empower others to achieve business objectives. They will also have a passion for creating an inclusive and diverse work environment where everyone feels valued and supported.

In this role, you will be expected to implement the Store Manager's vision for the store and cascade it to employees. You will also partner with the Store Manager to review business data and metrics, inform planning processes, and manage store operations.
