Job Title: Store Team Lead

We are seeking a results-driven Store Team Lead to lead our store team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer-facing sales setting and possess strong leadership skills.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about working in retail and providing an elevated customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by being knowledgeable on all products offered and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service.
  2. Sales Performance: Drive sales that deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  3. Team Leadership: Coach and motivate the team to achieve great results, and act as a partner between customers, sales associates, and store leadership.
  4. Product Knowledge: Maintain awareness of all product knowledge, and current or upcoming product trends.
  5. Work Environment: Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated leadership ability with at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing sales setting.
  • Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
  • Motivated to achieve great results due to enthusiasm from interacting with customers and athletic products.
  • Resourceful and versatile in responding to changing demands and opportunities in a rapidly changing omni-channel retail environment.
  • Initiates completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision.
  • Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making, and financial analysis.
  • High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust.
  • Flexible availability - including nights, weekends, and holidays.
