Senior Health, Safety, and Environmental Professional

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our health, safety, and environmental team.
- This is a key role in supporting the delivery of multidisciplined construction projects within the utilities sector.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive the business strategy for health, safety, and environment, aligning it with client requirements.
- Provide leadership and ensure compliance with legislative, client, and management system requirements.
- Manage a high-functioning team, engaging with senior leaders to drive integrated business outcomes.
- Streamline systems and processes to meet project risk profiles and client expectations.
- Liaise directly with client personnel to ensure requirements and expectations are exceeded.
- Lead critical investigations and oversee incident management requirements.
Key Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in health, safety, or environmental discipline.
- Lead auditor qualification and expertise in accredited safety systems and incident investigation.
- Experience in industrial construction, preferably in water or wastewater.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Able to lead, develop, and engage at all levels of an organization.
