About the Role

  • Create a memorable member experience as the primary point of contact
  • Oversight of daily operations, coordination of team execution of business strategies, maintenance of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety
  • Promotion of services, processing of membership cancellations, upgrades, and other tasks

About You

  • Exceptional customer service skills, advanced MS Office proficiency
  • Certificate III and IV in fitness advantageous but not mandatory
  • Current Working with Children's Check, First Aid Certificate, Responsible Service of Alcohol Qualification, and Responsible Conduct of Gaming Qualification required
