**About SWELL Fitness**:
We're a friendly, ego-free boutique gym located in beautiful Redhead. Our focus is on strength, movement, and community — and we're growing fast.

**What You'll Do**:

- Lead engaging group classes and deliver personalized training sessions
- Coach clients with varying fitness levels, tailoring workouts to individual needs
- Create a supportive, welcoming environment where everyone feels empowered
- Help grow our community and inspire lifelong healthy habits

**Who You Are**:

- Hold Certificate III and Certificate IV in Fitness (mandatory)
- Bonus: Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science plus several years of coaching experience
- Experienced as a personal trainer and group class instructor
- Skilled at adapting workouts to different abilities with patience and encouragement
- A natural motivator with a bubbly, empathetic personality
- Excited to be part of a close-knit community that values connection and growth
