Health and Wellbeing Manager

The opportunity to drive organisational health and wellbeing strategies is now open.

We are looking for an experienced Health and Wellbeing Manager to lead our efforts in creating a healthy workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health-related disciplines, with expertise in developing and executing strategic plans to promote employee wellbeing.

This role will play a critical part in fostering a mentally healthy workplace environment that supports the growth and development of all workers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an overarching health and wellbeing strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Lead the development of a psychosocial risk framework to identify and mitigate workplace hazards.
  • Establish a health surveillance screening program to monitor and address potential health risks.

What We Require:

  • Degree qualifications or equivalent experience in Health-related disciplines.
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in health and wellbeing practices.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing strategic plans to promote employee wellbeing.
