Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Water Labourer to assist in the operation and maintenance of essential water and wastewater systems. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency of our water infrastructure and contributing to the continuous improvement of our operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic. If you are a team player with good communication skills and can follow instructions, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation and Maintenance: Assist with the installation and maintenance of water pumping and storage systems.
  • Operation Support: Support the operation of biosecurity vehicle wash stations and reverse osmosis (RO) plants.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Participate in preventative maintenance practices to ensure the efficiency of water infrastructure.
  • Wastewater Management: Help manage wastewater facilities, including trade waste, RO reject water, and wash bay water.
  • Communication: Maintain clear communication with management and stakeholders regarding water, wastewater, and environmental matters.
  • Record-Keeping: Assist with record-keeping and compliance tasks to support operational efficiency.
  • Problem-Solving: Work as part of a team to problem-solve and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
