Brand Ambassador Job Description

We are seeking a charismatic and results-driven Brand Ambassador to promote luxury products at Melbourne International Airport Duty Free.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales and customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer experiences. A strong passion for the liquor industry and a keen eye for detail are essential qualities for this role.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for:

  • Promoting luxury products to customers and increasing brand awareness.
  • Providing expert product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
  • Building relationships with customers and creating a loyal customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
