Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Liquor Sales Associate. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers, providing exceptional service and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Offer expert advice on our range of products, including beer, wine, and spirits
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless shopping experience for customers
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products, including new releases and seasonal offerings
Requirements
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a strong commitment to customer service
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions
  • Current accredited RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) qualification
