We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Technician to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to make a meaningful impact in the field, working with diverse projects and customers across the nation.

Job Description

This role offers the chance to work on a wide variety of tasks, from installation to repair and maintenance, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end service solutions, collaborating with colleagues to provide exceptional customer experience.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work autonomously, utilizing your technical skills and problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges. Your strong communication skills and ability to work effectively under pressure will enable you to excel in this fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will possess extensive experience with copper and fibre network assurance fault finding and installs, as well as relevant certifications (ACMA license preferable) and qualifications (Cert 3 or Cert 4 in telecommunications). A current driver's license and flexibility to work required hours within a standard timeslot will also be essential.
