About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Education Coordinator to lead our team at our Southport school location. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a fun, safe, and compliant program that meets the needs of our children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop daily plans and organisation of activities that promote learning, fun, and play;
- Supervise and support a group of primary-aged children;
- Prepare and serve healthy food options;
- BUILD meaningful relationships with children, families, and the school community;
- Nurture a positive environment for learning, fun, and play;
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An enthusiastic and engaging approach to childcare, with the ability to form positive relationships;
- Completed or studying towards a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent;
- A valid blue card (or willing to obtain one);
- Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates (or willing to obtain);
- Availability from 6:30 am to 8:30 am and 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday;

Estimated Salary
The estimated annual salary for this role is around $65,000-$75,000 depending on experience.
