**Job Overview**

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Coordinator, focussing on People, Engagement and Culture within our organisation.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Business Partners and contributing to the delivery of exceptional HR services to stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, create employment documents, coordinate employee referral programs, and run induction sessions.
  • Supporting Our Business: Provide HR advice, build effective communication with managers and staff, escalate employee relations matters, and attend site meetings.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Collate data for HR metrics, prepare regulatory reports, ensure compliance requirements are met, and monitor mandatory training.
  • WHS & Workers Compensation: Coordinate incident notifications, provide WHS committee support, and manage day-to-day activities.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Formal qualifications in HR with coordination experience.
  • Strong administration skills, including timeline management and task coordination.
  • Excellent organisational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**Requirements:** NDIS Worker Screening Check, Pre-employment Medical Clearance, Right to Work in Australia, and Full Covid Vaccination.
