Job Overview

A Senior Account Manager Role

This position is responsible for overall account management and success for key clients. The role requires a trusted advisor who understands the client's business needs and can drive value through strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the client's industry and business goals.

The selected candidate will oversee all aspects of account management, including regular status updates, issue tracking, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams.

This role requires a customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular reports and status updates to stakeholders, including timelines, milestones, risks, and issues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and other partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase adoption, utilization, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in customer ownership roles, such as customer success, consulting, or program management in a SaaS Content Management and/or Customer Communication Management managed solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with AI-savvy professionals who can drive change toward AI-based tools and apply AI in the workplace.
  • Experience with cloud service management and escalation resolution.
  • Knowledge of Customer Success metrics and their interpretation.
