The Job Description:

This position involves working closely with a diverse range of customers, each with their unique needs and goals. You will need to be able to adapt to new situations quickly and provide support that is tailored to each individual's needs.

Your key responsibilities will include monitoring the well-being of customers, reporting on their progress, and participating in staff meetings and training as required.

Please note that this role requires availability to work two overnight shifts per week if necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support or Disability Services
  • An Assist With Medications Certificate (HLTHPS006)
  • A Current CPR/First Aid Certificate
  • A Current Criminal Record Check
  • A Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
  • A Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
  • A Current Australian Driver's Licence
  • A Reliable, Registered and Comprehensive Insured Vehicle
  • A Smartphone with Internet Access
