We are seeking a seasoned Financial Analyst to spearhead our Portfolio Management initiatives. This role will be responsible for creating and maintaining complex financial models, including mark-to-market analyses and portfolio-level return modeling.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in building corporate-level financial models to consolidate asset performance, aggregate cash flows, and support capital stack evaluations. They will also be skilled at executing tranche-level roll-up analyses across entities and investment structures.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and managing financial models to inform investment decisions
- Conducting market and asset-level research to support acquisition due diligence
- Aggregating and analyzing financial and operational data to assess portfolio performance and risk

Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in finance or CRE
- Advanced Excel modeling skills
