About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a well-managed property portfolio, providing exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants, and ensuring the smooth operation of our residential apartments development projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring timely rent collection, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Conduct regular inspections, communicate with owners and tenants, and negotiate lease renewals.
  • Oversee rental arrears, repairs, and maintenance management, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve business objectives, including increasing revenue and improving customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, preferably in a residential setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the local ACT area, including market trends and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • High level of organization and time management, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong initiative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
