We are seeking a Medical Sales Representative to join our dynamic national sales team.
This role will play a pivotal part in driving sales, building strong relationships with medical professionals, and promoting innovative products.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Establish long-term partnerships with medical professionals within your assigned territory.
- Present and detail ophthalmic products effectively, showcasing in-depth product knowledge and clinical benefits.
- Develop strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales objectives.
- Capture new business opportunities to expand market presence.
- Provide educational support and training to healthcare providers, ensuring optimal product understanding.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and clinical advancements in ophthalmology.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and share market insights.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in sales.
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or related medical fields is highly valued.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
