We provide support services under the NDIS to individuals with disabilities, focusing on their personal growth and well-being.

Key Support Areas:

  • Personal Care Assistance: helping individuals maintain their self-care routines, including personal grooming and hygiene.
  • Household Support: assisting with cleaning, laundry, and other domestic tasks to promote a comfortable living environment.
  • Daily Life Support: providing assistance with daily tasks in a group or shared living arrangement to enhance independence.
  • Transportation Services: offering transportation to community events and medical appointments for individuals who require support.
  • Community Participation: facilitating access to community social and recreation activities to promote engagement and inclusivity.
  • Life Skills Development: providing skills training and development, including public transport training and carer/parent education.
  • Health Support: delivering health services by an enrolled nurse to meet individual needs.
  • Lifestyle Centre Activities: organizing group activities in the community or in the centre to promote social interaction and enjoyment.

Requirements for Success:

  • We offer permanent, casual, freelance, volunteer, and internship positions to accommodate different career goals and preferences.
  • A Certificate I - IV is preferred, demonstrating a strong foundation in disability support principles.
  • Prior experience in aged care is desirable, showcasing a commitment to supporting vulnerable populations.
  • Australia work authorisation is preferred, ensuring compliance with local employment laws.
  • Availability for day, night, or overnight shifts is preferred, demonstrating flexibility in scheduling.
