The role of Bartender offers the opportunity to provide exceptional service and create memorable experiences for our patrons.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing attentive and friendly service to customers
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Operating Point of Sale systems and managing cash handling procedures

In addition to these core responsibilities, we require the successful candidate to possess:

  • A valid Victorian RSA certification
  • A proven track record of working in a bar or hospitality environment
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • A strong knowledge of sports and entertainment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Schedule flexibility is required, with shifts available across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. Supplemental pay types include overtime pay, penalty rates, and tips.
