Key Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team in Collins Kitchen. As a key member of our Food & Beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring the highest standards of food and beverage quality, and contributing to a positive and engaging dining experience.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable, as is knowledge of Responsible Service of Alcohol and bar skills.

Additionally, the successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to providing outstanding customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
