We are seeking a motivated and experienced retail leader to join our team. As one of the leading global sports brands, we strive to make a positive impact on the world through our passion for sport.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, fostering an engaging customer experience, and leading a high-performing store team.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Driving sales growth through effective inventory management, visual merchandising, and staff productivity.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, leading by example and inspiring the store team to deliver outstanding results.
  • Representing the brand and company values in an authentic and impactful way.
  • Executing and maintaining established Visual Merchandising standards and adequate shop floor replenishment.
  • Training and coaching team members to enhance service skills, foundational and seasonal brand knowledge, and visual merchandising expertise.
  • Coordinating team members to optimize inventory processing procedures and stock-to-floor processes.
  • Sharing best practices to drive overall store team performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in retail, visual merchandising, and stockroom procedures.
