We're seeking an experienced Creative Production and Ecommerce Visual Manager to join our in-house creative team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of our epic growth story as we continue to disrupt the way pet parents shop.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' practical experience in eCommerce Studio production for an online retailer or digital-first brand. You'll be process-driven and a strategic thinker, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for improving existing processes.

In this role, you'll lead the smooth movement of workflow from brief to execution, managing multiple projects and deadlines with ease. You'll work collaboratively with our marketing and agency teams to ensure effective campaign integration.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Managing in-house ecommerce Studio (product and lifestyle) production workflow, team management, monthly budgeting and reporting.
  • Producing all creative content and campaign shoots, including sourcing creative talent and running post-production.
  • Ownership of Production timelines and budgets, including weekly resource planning and ensuring bottlenecks are identified and managed.
  • Rostering, leading, training, mentoring and motivating a team of permanent and casual Photographers, videographers, retouchers/QA, copy and logistics staff.
  • Ensuring all production process is completed according to company KPIs.

You'll also have the opportunity to ideate and run A/B tests for SKU content, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer-first outputs.

About the Role

This is a full-time position based in Sydney, with a hybrid arrangement of 3 days per week in our pet-friendly offices.
