Clinical Management Lead for SA/DV Services

The Clinical Practice Manager plays a pivotal role in the implementation of Sexual Assault/Domestic Violence (SA/DV) services.
This leadership position is responsible for integrating current theory and evidence-based research into clinical practice, ensuring patient care aligns with hospital standards.
- Provide guidance and support to SA/DV nurses.
- Coordinate collaboration between nursing teams and clinicians.
- Lead nurse team meetings and provide outreach/education to community partners.
- Ensure compliance with reporting requirements and program policies.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and a comprehensive knowledge base in SA/DV. They must also be able to work effectively within a collaborative team approach and adhere to accepted standards of personal conduct.
Essential Qualifications:- Registered Nurse with current Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing.
- Minimum five years SA/DV experience.
- Current Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner Certification.
- Recent experience on the SATC Response Team.
