Job Opportunity

Omega is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Client Advisor in Perth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about luxury watches and has a strong background in sales, customer service, and relationship management.

About the Role
The Senior Client Advisor will be responsible for achieving sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service, and cultivating strong client relationships within the boutique. You will take on supervisory duties as needed, including opening and closing the boutique, while also leading and motivating the team to ensure continued success.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support Boutique Management with day-to-day operational tasks as required
  • Lead the team in meeting and surpassing sales targets
  • Uphold the highest service standards through the Omega sales ceremony
  • Build and maintain a strong client database through effective sales and relationship management
  • Foster meaningful VIP relationships with local clientele
  • Open and close the boutique independently when needed
  • Ensure the boutique runs smoothly in the absence of the Boutique Manager and Assistant Boutique Manager

Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires a minimum of 2 years' experience in retail, preferably in the luxury sector. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Good computer literacy skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Energy, drive, and enthusiasm
  • Impeccable grooming and presentation
