About Us

Support Boutique Management to Achieve Sales Targets
  • Work closely with boutique management to drive sales growth and exceed targets
  • Maintain exceptional customer service standards by utilizing our sales process
  • Develop and maintain a strong client database through effective sales skills
  • Conduct daily stock audits to ensure accuracy and security
  • Organize and manage back-up stock, visual merchandising materials, product packaging, instruction booklets, and warranties
  • Become an expert in luxury watch brand knowledge and product awareness
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years retail experience in the luxury sector (desirable)
  • Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Good computer literacy skills
  • Team player with energy, drive, and enthusiasm
  • Impeccable grooming and presentation
  • Visual merchandising flair
  • Full availability for work
  • Luxury watch industry knowledge and experience (advantageous)
