Job Title: Senior Financial Systems Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the effective delivery of our IBM Planning Analytics system.

The successful candidate will oversee system architecture, maintenance, administration, security and user support. They will ensure data integrity with source systems, develop financial models and reports and provide finance-related ERP and network access administration support services.

  • Maintain and administer the IBM Planning Analytics system, including backups, upgrades, system architecture, and user licence management
  • Develop and support financial models and reports for group reporting, planning, and forecasting
  • Ensure data integrity by updating finance data cubes, aligning with source systems, and managing access controls
  • Provide ERP finance administration support, including cost centre setup, reporting hierarchies, and month-end close activities
  • Manage network access controls for finance systems and shared drives
  • Deliver effective user support, resolve system issues, and coordinate IBM Planning Analytics training
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external support providers to ensure systems meet RACV requirements
