Our team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Systems Specialist to lead our Workday Finance implementation efforts.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, configuring, and implementing Workday solutions, as well as strong leadership skills to guide clients through complex transformation projects. Key responsibilities include:
  • Tactical Project Management: Drive the direction of project workstreams and ensure timely delivery.
  • Inter-Workstream Coordination: Identify dependencies and facilitate collaboration between different project teams.
  • Consultant Oversight: Lead, mentor, and manage the work of junior consultants within their projects.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of Workday Core Financials, Procurement, Projects, and Expenses areas.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • 4+ years of Workday Finance and Procurement implementation experience or similar.
  • 10+ years of ERP consulting experience; Cloud ERP experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with Workday Adaptive Financials highly desirable.
  • Background in financial or supply chain roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record in solution design and development.
  • Experience in gathering business requirements, prototyping, testing, and implementing solutions under tight deadlines.
