Job Role: Dynamics 365 Business Analyst

This is a temporary opportunity based in Melbourne's CBD. The role requires strong expertise in CRM and/or Case Management systems, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and user-centered design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Analyse current processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and present detailed reports and recommendations to leadership teams.
  • Support the design and implementation of technology solutions that align with organisational goals.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience working with enterprise-level CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365).
  • Experience with uplift of Digital Case Management Systems.
  • Experience in a complex digital transformation or product development environment.
  • Experience mapping business processes to system functionality and identifying gaps.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis/modelling, process mapping and information analysis/modelling, planning, design, testing and system integration, using industry standard techniques in a complex business environment.
