Revenue Growth Specialist

  • Sales and Business Development

    We are seeking a highly motivated Revenue Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and acquiring new business through effective sales strategies and relationship-building.

    • Key Responsibilities:

      • Identify and engage with potential clients, secure meetings, and present our value proposition effectively.

      • Develop and maintain strategic sales plans designed to exceed targets.

      • Conduct technology demonstrations and discovery sessions to understand client needs.

      • Maintain accurate records of the sales cycle in our CRM system.

      • Attend expos and industry events to meet prospects.

      • Be prepared for travel to meet clients and attend industry events.

    • Requirements:

      • At least 3+ years of successful new business development experience.

      • A proven track record of successful quota achievement preferably as a SaaS sales executive/BDM.

      • A current network of relationships within the hospitality industry.

      • Strong understanding of managing complex B2B sales cycles.

      • Strong presentation skills.

      • Experience negotiating high-value commercial deals.

      • Ability to build strong personal relationships.

      • High degree of proficiency with technology.

      • Superior verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.

      • Ability to work independently while keeping stakeholders informed.
