Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at our flagship Carindale store. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for overseeing store operations, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Oversee store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to sales associates to improve their skills and performance
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and colleagues

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a retail leadership role, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays, with a typical Sunday to Thursday roster
