We are seeking highly motivated individuals to fill a Customer Service role within our Banking division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming phone enquiries regarding everyday banking needs.
  • Provide outstanding service and support for personal banking products, including transaction accounts, credit cards, personal loans, home lending, and deposits.
  • Utilize first-class customer service skills and excellent problem-solving capabilities to achieve first call resolution.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles within Banking or a related industry - contact centre or Branch.
  • Previous experience working in a contact centre environment.
  • Experience with home lending / home loans is desirable.
