Customer Banking Specialist Role

We are seeking a Customer Banking Specialist to join our team in the Sydney South Area.

The successful applicant will engage in in-depth conversations with customers about their overall banking requirements, including Home Loans, Business Banking & Financial Advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Financial Health Checks to assess customers' financial needs and identify any changes.
  • Provide options for customers through education & demonstration of our branch technology and digital banking services.
  • Solve problems & provide effective solutions whilst championing our processes, procedures & promoting a risk-adverse culture.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service ideally in Financial Services, Retail or Hospitality.
  • Excellent communication skills & the ability to articulate financial terms in a clear manner.
  • The ability to ask the right questions, find solutions, act with integrity and prioritize customer satisfaction.
