Senior Mechanical Maintenance Specialist

Key Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining mechanical equipment to ensure smooth operations
- Troubleshooting and repairing complex equipment breakdowns
- Conducting commissioning checks and monitoring job progress
- Mentoring apprentices and liaising with specialists to resolve complex issues
HESQ & Compliance involves:
- Championing safety through participation in JSEA/SJA, incident investigations, and inspections
- Complying with all safety, environmental, and quality standards
About You:
- TAFE Certificate III or IV, or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is required
- 5+ years' experience in Petrochemical, Gas Processing, or Oil Refining industries
- Pump and conveyors experience is preferred
- Skilled in rotating equipment, materials handling systems, pumps, gearboxes, and machining
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and safe work practices is essential
