Business Growth Strategist Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled sales professional to drive business expansion across multiple markets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective Go-To-Market Strategies for targeted industries
  • Design, implement, and maintain Territory Plans for key verticals
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, including demand generation, customer needs assessment, mutual evaluation processes, and deal closure
  • Collaborate with partners to penetrate existing accounts and create joint sales initiatives that accelerate deal cycles and maximize value
  • Own quarterly sales targets and deliver results in line with annual budgets
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through continuous prospecting and demand generation activities

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and local languages relevant to market geographies
  • Ability to navigate matrix-rich organizations and build strong relationships to achieve goals
