Job Title: Finance Business Partner

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic Finance & Corporate Services team. As a key point of contact for finance-related activities, you will provide accounting services and support informed business decisions to drive the delivery of our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary contact for finance-related activities within the Marinus project, including financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and providing key insights and commentary on business unit performance.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and commercial decision support, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders to drive business performance and outcomes.
  • Provide management accounting services, including completion of month-end processes and reconciliations.
  • Support the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll functions.
  • Provide data analytics, financial, and commercial analysis to support business decisions and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, financial analysis, and management accounting services.
  • Experience in regulated environments or utilities is advantageous.
  • A degree in Commerce, Business, or Accounting, with relevant professional experience and competence.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence non-finance stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly developed attention to detail.
