About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Officer to join our team at Add Staff Group. As an Administrative Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting our business operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including data entry, filing, and document management
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including shortlisting candidates and scheduling interviews
  • Book short courses for apprentices and coordinate induction paperwork
  • Screen resumes for apprenticeship applicants and provide administrative support for bulk testing
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional computer skills
  • High level of time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Ability and confidence to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
  • Pro-active and responsible attitude with excellent work ethic
