We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Officer to join our team at Add Staff Group. As an Administrative Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting our business operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to our team, including data entry, filing, and document management
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including shortlisting candidates and scheduling interviews
- Book short courses for apprentices and coordinate induction paperwork
- Screen resumes for apprenticeship applicants and provide administrative support for bulk testing
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional computer skills
- High level of time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Ability and confidence to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
