About the Team:

The Restaurant Operations team focuses on driving success for all restaurant partners across Australia by providing innovative tools, data-driven insights, and operational best practices that enable our partners to grow their businesses, improve performance, and expand their reach.

About the Role:

As a Strategy & Operations Manager – Merchant Success, you will play a critical role in helping restaurant partners succeed on the Uber Eats platform. You will lead and scale initiatives that deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sustainable growth for our partners.

  • Design and optimise incentive schemes to reward high-performing merchants and encourage continued improvement.
  • Increase merchant engagement by building effective enablement strategies and clear communication plans.
