- As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of empowering injured clients to thrive, guiding them through their rehabilitation journey with innovative support and solutions that make a lasting difference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively manage your client portfolio with commitment and care
- Establish collaborative partnerships with clients and stakeholders so you can work through challenges and achieve safe and sustainable outcomes
- Conduct a range of vocational and non-vocational assessments
- Contribute to our safe and supportive workplace culture where all colleagues feel appreciated and valued
Qualifications and Skills:
- Qualifications as either an Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist
- Registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP), ASORC or RCAA
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle

- Experience in Workplace Rehabilitation is desirable but not essential
- Strong influencing skills and the ability to empower clients in their recovery journey
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team
