We are seeking talented individuals to join our team in delivering best-in-industry workplace rehabilitation, injury management and wellbeing services. This role can be based in a flexible hybrid working environment.

About the Role
  • You will actively manage your client portfolio with commitment and care.
  • You will establish collaborative partnerships with clients and stakeholders so you can work through challenges and achieve safe and sustainable outcomes.
  • You will conduct a range of vocational and non-vocational assessments.

The ideal candidate will have qualifications as either an Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist. They must also be registered with relevant professional bodies and have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Apart from technical skills, we value strong influencing skills, the ability to empower clients in their recovery journey, a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team.
