Job Summary:
">- We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Relationship Associate to join our Business & Private Banking team in Geelong, VIC.
The successful candidate will provide exceptional servicing support to customers and Regional and Agribusiness managers within a partnership, delivering exceptional customer service and enabling Regional and Agribusiness managers to focus on developing, growing and deepening customer relationships. This role is responsible for building strong relationships with customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their needs, and ensuring seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.

- Building trust and rapport with customers through regular communication and proactive issue resolution.">
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, driving retention and growth through effective relationship management.">
- Servicing and supporting Regional and Agribusiness managers to complete customer servicing tasks, maximizing utilization of value chain stakeholders to assist in the timely completion of customer requests.">
- Leading the on-boarding process for new customers, ensuring compliance with KYC requirements and delivering high-quality customer experiences from initial contact to cash delivery.">
- Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance customer adoption of digital channels, including education and transition to self-servicing channels to simplify customer banking.">
Requirements:

- Tertiary qualification in Banking & Finance or a business-related discipline (preferred).">
- Demonstrated understanding of KYC onboarding compliance requirements, strong communication skills, and ability to deliver superior customer service on a consistent basis.">
- Knowledge and understanding of digital platforms and customer self-service channels, as well as foundational NAB System Knowledge and proficiency in Siebel and Ebobs (desirable).">
- Ability to analyze financial data and willingness to further develop business and financial acumen.">
