Job Role:

The Community Fundraising Administrator will provide administrative support to a team focused on fundraising. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating events and campaigns, handling supporter communications, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating donations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the team with event coordination and distribution of materialsHandle inbound/outbound communications via phone, email, and mailMaintain accurate records across systemsCoordinate logistics of donations

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in administration and customer service roles, proficiency in office software, excellent attention to detail, strong initiative, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience in marketing, fundraising, and/or the not-for-profit sector is highly regarded.
