About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated professional to excel as a Customer Success Specialist, delivering high-quality training and fostering strong relationships within the legal sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver at least 40 hours of tailored training per month, maintaining accurate records and enhancing client knowledge of LexisNexis products.
  • Plan engaging learning activities to cater to diverse client needs, minimizing cancellations and driving sales opportunities.
  • Build effective relationships with individual users and key stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across corporate, law firms, barristers, and government departments.
  • Define client learning needs and implement customized training solutions, leveraging eLearning platforms and expertise in customer success.

This role is ideal for motivated professionals with a passion for training delivery, relationship-building, and customer success within the legal industry.

Requirements

To succeed in this opportunity, you will require:

  • A strong understanding of the Australian legal landscape or a law degree.
  • Demonstrated customer success experience, preferably in the legal industry, with proven skills in training delivery and relationship-building.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to work closely with clients and stakeholders.
