Integrity Policy and Reform Specialist

Embark on a challenging opportunity as a Policy and Governance Specialist within the Integrity System Policy & Reform team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice to senior executives and officers on policy matters, ensuring alignment with departmental objectives.
- Collaborate in the development and delivery of legislation and subordinate legislation, driving reform and improvement in the integrity system.
- Conduct research and analyze policy options, evaluating evidence-based solutions to enhance the operation of the Victorian integrity system and support government priorities.
To excel in this role, you will possess:
- Proven knowledge and experience in public policy processes, particularly in relation to governance and justice systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in law or policy, or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Victorian Government administrative processes would be advantageous.
