Job Summary

Rope access technicians play a vital role in ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of high-rise buildings. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work at heights, and maintain equipment to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform façade maintenance duties on high-rise buildings
  • Adhere to safety procedures and regulations
  • Inspect and maintain equipment
  • Collaborate with team members

The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be committed to safety, and possess excellent teamwork skills. A certified installer certificate, first aid certificate, confined space certificate, and valid Australian driver's license are also required.

Working conditions include working at heights and variable weather conditions.

Required Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in abseiling High-Rise Buildings
  • IRATA Level 2 or level 3 in rope access
  • Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
  • Excellent and fluent communication in English and Spanish
  • Strong attention to detail, commitment to safety and teamwork skills
  • Certified Installer certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Confined space Certificate
  • Valid Australian driver's license and reliable transportation
