We are seeking an accomplished individual to take on a pivotal role in our Rope Access operations.

This is an exciting time to be part of the energy transition, and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Blades Lead Technician.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Leverage leadership expertise to manage rope access works effectively.
  • Optimize work efficiency across the rope access landscape while providing high-level support for related queries.
  • Ensure rope access equipment is properly monitored and maintained according to legislative requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hold a trade certificate or equivalent experience within the Rope Access and Renewable industry.
  • Possess GWO BTT certification.
  • Have GWO blade repair certification or equivalent.
  • Hold Confined Space certification.
  • Be licensed for EWP high-risk activities.
  • Hold an AU White card.
  • Meet IRATA level 2 certification minimum.
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in rope access.
