About our Rope Access Team

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our rope access team, providing services across various commercial and high-rise sites. Our team is responsible for delivering facade, window, and high-access cleaning and maintenance services.

As a rope access technician or supervisor, you will be part of a dynamic team that values safety, professionalism, and innovation. Responsibilities vary by role, but may include:

  • Providing rope access services, including window cleaning, minor repairs, and caulking.
  • Supporting other service areas during downtime, such as maintenance tasks and assisting with high-risk divisions.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • IRATA Level 1 (minimum) certification for technicians.
  • IRATA Level 3 certification for supervisors.
  • Commercial high-rise experience preferred.
  • A strong safety mindset and adaptability to take on rope and non-rope tasks.
  • Professional, presentable, and client-focused skills.
