About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Mobile Banker.

This position will involve working in the growth corridor between northern Gold Coast, Logan City and South Brisbane.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering business outcomes by turning leads into meaningful customer interactions.

Key responsibilities include managing leads from initial appointment through to application and settlement, taking full ownership of the end-to-end lead management process.

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on providing tailored solutions, with a proven ability to deliver results that align with business objectives while keeping the customer's best interests at the forefront.

Clear, consistent communication will be key as you engage with both internal and external stakeholders.

You will collaborate closely with internal partners to help enhance and streamline the overall customer experience.
