About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Mechanical Design Engineer to play a key role in ensuring the technical quality and reliability of our engineered solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Finite Element Analysis (FEAs), create technical documentation, and design packages.
  • Perform engineering analysis and performance validation to ensure designs meet intended outcomes.
  • Create or update design and manufacturing drawings as required to support project delivery and accuracy.
  • Provide expert technical support and guidance to drafting team members.
  • Engage with customers to define specifications and confirm technical requirements.
  • Maintain design traceability and version control through Product Data Management (PDM) systems.
  • Participate in design reviews, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience in product design within a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks and PDM
  • Familiarity with ISO standards, design validation and traceability processes
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills and a practical, hands-on mindset
  • Experience with air filtration systems, HVAC, or related technologies
