Job Title: Commercial Sales Leader

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Sales Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for developing and executing our commercial strategy across all customer segments.

  • Owning and executing the commercial strategy across grocery retail, Asian independents, food service, and emerging cash & carry channels.
  • Driving sales momentum and margin growth through targeted marketing efforts and hands-on commercial execution.
  • Leading high-performing sales teams to deliver exceptional results and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing commercial strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions that drive business growth.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making.
