Senior Retail Sales Leader

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving growth and revenue across retail sales functions, leading teams to achieve business objectives.

They will leverage their commercial acumen and strategic thinking to deliver results-driven solutions for prime retail development sites and completed retail assets.

The successful individual will work closely with leasing and management teams to build strong relationships with landlords, developers, and high-net-worth investors.

Key responsibilities include driving off-market transactions focused on value rather than volume, leveraging expertise in yield metrics, cap rates, value-uplift, and tenant covenants.

This role requires a commercially aggressive and highly strategic approach, with the ability to independently drive results and own them.

Strong confidence in financial data analysis is essential.

We are seeking a motivated and driven professional who is excited about being part of a non-traditional real estate business.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail property sales with a strong track record of growth and revenue
  • Strategic thinker with a commercially aggressive approach
  • Independently driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Confidence in financial data analysis and commercial acumen
